The Rhetorical Company trains business people at all levels in the effective use of the spoken word. This applies particularly to staff who become or act as the first point of contact for clients or prospective clients approaching an organisation.

The Rhetorical Company train such staff to help them be effective ambassadors for the firm.

The approach is based on learning by doing, with the emphasis on participation. Best results are normally achieved by working in small groups: this leads to mutual benefit from interaction.

• The use of role-play to cover a wide range of scenarios
• Peer group feed-back
• Video replay to reinforce and embed training
