Communication
Development |
| |
At the beginning
of a career a key attribute is to listen and learn
skills needed to do the job. In due course there
is a requirement not only to absorb knowledge but
to impart it as well. An ability to communicate
is often not there or is not immediately recognised.
This may lead to underachievement of talented and
valuable people to the detriment of the organisation.
Communication Development is a programme that starts
with a diagnostic session, one to one. The Rhetorical
Company consultant will submit a report with recommendations.
If further work is thought appropriate, the recommendations
will form the basis for the design of an individual
course.
The course will be delivered at a convenient time
and place over an appropriate timescale, wherever
possible relating exercises to real speaking opportunities.
