and personalities of the speakers, prove the viability
of the leader and his team and to deliver a complex
message.
Design of a Team Message is a programme to demonstrate
a robust and repeatable process from analysis of
an opportunity through to a team Dress Rehearsal.
Normally delivered over two or three days, the sessions
include theory of group communication, individual
skills in design and delivery through to the full
Design of a Team Message.
