Success does not depend simply on technical excellence, compliance with the specification or price. Success will also come from the consistency of the entire proposal, the effectiveness of its delivery and the rapport established with key decision makers.

Planning:

  • Analysis of the potential client and the competition’s strengths and weaknesses
  • Identification of the winning theme

Preparation:
  • Check on consistency of written and verbal submissions
  • Time and sequence management
  • Advice on presentations and visual aids
  • Rehearsals to include Question and Answer
  • Coaching of individual team members or groups is sometimes required to polish the performance.
